چکیده
Herbicide mixtures are a modern weed management practice as they reduce herbicide application. This study aimes to evaluate the effect of metribuzin, halosulfuron and flumioxazin applied individually (metribuzin:halosulfuron metribuzin:flumioxazin) on Chenopodium album, Amaranthus retroflexus, potatoes biomass chlorophyll-a fluorescence in 21 experiments. The individual experimental design was randomized completely block with seven doses three replications. factorial experiments were performed basis replications for binary mixture Flumioxazin very potent controlling C. A. injured 50% effective dose (ED50) 1.21, 0.54, 12.23 g ai·ha−1, respectively. Both metribuzin:halosulfuron metribuzin:flumioxazin generally showed an antagonistic both weeds potato 12 independent Metribuzin, halosulfuron, significantly decreased photosystem II activity by decreasing maximum quantum efficiency (Fv/Fm). almost followed Additive Dose Model Fv/Fm, whilst there that closely related biomass. results indicated antagonistic, endpoint choice is pivotal when assessing joint action mixtures.

متن کاملThe Effect of Transformation and Hormones Treatments on Callogenesis and Regeneration in Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.)
To obtain a higher percentage of callogenesis and consequently the maximum number of plantlets, one of the most important procedures for transgenic plant production. To this end, a factorial experiment using completely randomized design (CRD) with four replications was carried out to assess the effect of cultivar (Marfona and Agria), type of explants(leaf and internode), Kanamycin concentration...

The experiment was conducted during the period from January to December, 2008 at the Laboratory of Biotechnology, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute, Gazipur, Bangladesh. A two step procedure was followed for direct plant regeneration of potato. Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium supplemented with 0.5 mg l -1 IBA and 30 g sugar was used for in vitro potato plants development via noda...

متن کاملIn vitro microtuberization in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cultivars.
Mechanism of microtuberization in three elite cultivars kufri badhsha (KB), kufri chandramukhi (KCM) and kufri jawahar (KJ) of potato was studied. Sprouts of all the three cultivars were used to obtain in vitro shoot cultures. MS medium supplemented with chlorocholine chloride was found to be most suitable for all the cultivars. Maximum tuberization was obtained under incubation conditions of c...
